I have been loooking around the net for some hosting companies that provide reseller abilities. I would like to start my own small company resellingplans. Here are a few things I am looking for, can someone tell me if they have any suggestions and e-mail to me.

No set up fee.

Add acounts as you need (no pre-buying accounts or bloacks of accounts, or reselling your own space).

SMTP Server for both the reseller acount as well as client accounts.

Between 5-10 different price plans.

Around 50% off of retail price for the reseller.

"True" tech support with a turn around rate of less than 24 hours.

Ability to add additional products such as design, message board etc.

Ability to choose your own payment gateway.

Name server.

Around and in business for more than 1 year, 2-4 years better.

Advance notification of planned work times, down times etc.

Unix/Linuz NOT
Cobalt RaQ I would prefer Redhat.

Good graphical control panel such as cpanel3 or better.

Ok I think that about does it for now, if you can send me all your replies I will look over all the suggestions.
Oh lastly I am looking for a monthly payment of around $15-$30 a month.

Mainly becuase I was hoping for reviews as well, not actual companies trying to sell me their packages, but what people whom have used those packages would have to say and recommend.
