Are there any Canadian hosts willing to make a hosting offer? For now, I'm trying to avoid all the credit card transaction fees for currency conversion into American dollars :D

Specs I am looking for:
1) At least 50 mb of diskspace (preferably 100 mb or more)
2) 5+ sub-domains
3) At least a 700 mhz processor
4) Under $10 set-up fee
5) Reasonably priced domain registration
6) At least 1 gb bandwidth
*7) Less than $15 a month
