Slowly and steadily more and more of my visitors on a personal site of mine are complaining that they cannot access the site.

It's hosted on eyow.com server. They get this message

Background:
The server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, has
lost the connection with the upstream content server.



From what i think, they have not patched their Cpanel yet and the ISP's are slowly thinking of them as a spam host.

Any idea whats wrong ? I emailed them in the morning and still no reply.
