Hi,
I am soon transferring all my domains from Dotster, so I am trying to make a decision now. I have heard good things about both GoDaddy and NameCheap. But which one should I choose? Please give me some suggestions and reasons.
Thanks a lot in advance for your help!

I prefer Namecheap. But godaddy might be cheaper to transfer (7.75) all your names to.
Depends how long you want to keep them there and what types of services you want.

I actually want a long term registrar to keep my domains there for a long time to come, that's why I am asking for suggestions now just to keep away from troubles at a later time!

From a stability perspective godaddy would probably be the way to go between the two choices you have shown. They seem to keep growing and are the #4 registrar in the world.

Numbers dont mean much... look at the registrars above them. Network Solutions, Register.com.... garbage. eNom(namecheap is an eNom reseller) and GoDaddy are both respectable companies and both growing fast. I would trust either. You may want to consider getting a eNom reseller account from somewhere.
http://www.DomainReseller.biz seems to offer eNom accounts at low cost. Depending on volume and how long you want to register these names it may save you a lot more. It also gives you more control over the names.

Well ... actually, NetSol and Register.com are losing grounds. NetSol, for instance, has lost more than 6 million registrations (or more than 25% market share) in the last 2 years or so. They are still there simply because they were early-comers in the industry and it takes a while for them to be phased out.

You could not possibly regret using www.namecheap.com

I had same choice a while back. I had used NameCheap (enom) for some domains and had no problems.
