Anyone know which Dedicated Server Provider is 99.9% reliable. I havn't have any experience with any Dedicated Server Hoster before but I was hoping you guys can give me some tips.

Does DialtoneInternet.com provide it clients with fast access? I been reading the forum about DialtoneInternet.com, from what I heard some saying DI is a good provider and some say there a scam. That just freak me out.

The nice thing with this world is that people are different, it would also mean different opinions and thoughts. DI is fast, even from my side in the UK it's better than most. But if you browse through various forums you'll fine comments about them being "slow", "bandwidth problems" and "weird setup". I know many are happy with DI and have no problem with their server interface or other issues regarding their servers.
