Having recommended these items in the past, because of the low price and great service from one of the guys who works there (which I foolishly assumed was indicative of the whole company in recent times) I must now withdraw any recommendation......

We have several installed on our servers which work fine, but having just received this email after over a month of communication about one that won't work, I am amazed at what we are expected to do... just tough luck for us and the customer we have I guess, and a hundred bux down the toilet.. LOL...
