Dialtone does not have resellers. They are an NOC. You either get a server from them (or co located with them) or you open an account with a company who has their servers located at Dialtone.
Reseller accounts are something very different..

Dialtone is a good NOC as far as security and uptime are concerned. Their support seems to be lack quite a bit however. You can find more info at:

I think he is trying to ask. . . . .
How do your KNOW Dellz is working with dialtone????
As for me. . . .Whenever I ping dellz.com lately I come up with GBLX.NET
And when I ping dellz.net it goes to DONHOST.
Just wondering; from an idiot's perspective:homer: DOUGH!

ummm I'm using Neotrace v3.2
Oh. . . by the way. . .I'm an idiot:D
Whoa!!! Just a cotton pickin minute here!!!
Maybe I should switch off my firewall and try again:rolleyes:
watch out,
their support is really bad, they will not respond to emails and when you call them they will tell you to fill out the online form.

I would also advise staying as far away from Dialtone as possible. I have been trying to cancel with them since April and they completely ignore all requests
(and I have sent over a dozen, including email, fax, and voice messages) and they continue to bill me. I have had to change my credit card number due to them and now they send me collection notices. They are like a bad dream that won't go away.
