/bin/ls: error while loading shared libraries: libacl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: I

Here is the scenario:

I can login to cpanel.

When I log into whm I get a blank screen

When SSH into root, and do ls /etc/httpd/conf,

I get the following error:

/bin/ls: error while loading shared libraries: libacl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: I

service httpd stop & service httpd restart don't work either. They result in the following error:

-bash: service: command not found

Try a full cpanel restart /etc/rc.d/init.d/cpanel3 restart
or do a reboot shutdown -r now

Shutdown and reboot, do a file system check aswell.

I had to let the datacenter do a reboot.
