Can a domain neme registered at enom , or hosted in a reseller account be forward to another site.

I found email forwarding but not domain.

Just access their DNS management. You will find there URL forwarding.

I don't understand how to set it up?

domain.com to ip A
www.domain.com to ip B

how do I define forward do I cancel these 2 ( ipa and ip B ) or just add a forward

You need to use enom's nameservers.
Go to domain name, click on DNS Settings / Configure. You will see 2 records: URL Redirect (Forwarding) and URL Frame. Add the pagename where you want to forward the domain name. Example: http://www.othersite.com/domainname/index.html
