Hi,

I'm having a problem with namecheap regarding setting the nameservers on my .com domains. I can set it just fine on .org domains. I've sent multiple emails to their technical support with no response (I got one initial response saying it's probably because the nameservers hadn't propagated, but that was weeks ago and should work by now). Has anyone had a similar problem, and does anyone know of a better way to contact namecheap? Until now I've been very very happy with namecheap, but this is really starting to annoy me.

Thanks
Matt

Hello Matt,
We have support here 7 days a week. It is very strange that someone did not contact you back. Send me an email to rick@namecheap.com or you can also pm me here and tell me your email address so I can contact you if there is a problem.

im personally surprised you didnt get a reply. I am vouching for namecheap that what they did was a small once in a lifetime accident. Namecheap has been nothing but good stuff for me. Rick has always been there whenever i have a problem and usually sorts it out in less than 3 emails.

GO NAMECHEAP!
