Hello,

I recently wrote a HelpDesk script, and am aiming to sell it for $75. The features are laid out as follows:


1) Client enters their Name, Email, Domain, and Issue
2) The script inserts this information into a database (after checks to make sure that all information is filled out)
3) It emails the client saying that their ticket has been recieved. It also blinds in the support email address (as specified in a configuration file)
4) Once a support expert receives the email, he/she goes into the administration panel and views the information
5) When the ticket is opened, the script sends an email to the client (doesn't copy the support address, as I didn't think there was any need)
6) When the issue is resolved, the support expert goes into the admin panel and closes the issue. It then sends a closure email (customizable) to the client saying that the issue has been resolved

I have taken some screenshots (below) -- please take a look. Also, note that I will edit this script to match your needs, for free (to an extent - if it makes me re-write the whole script, then there may be a charge). This means that the brown input, the fonts, the colors, the email format, etc can be changed for free.

Again, I know my color scheme is a bit off. This is customizable at no extra charge (see above).

I would just like to tell everyone who has been testing out this script, PLEASE use a valid email address. I'm getting copied in on the emails and it's...anoying seeing "asdf@hjkl.com" as the To address. Thank you.
