WHT is the ONLY place I am posting this, so feel special, LOL!

I am interested in auctioning off warned.org to the highest bidder. Domain is currently registered through January, 2004, but has been active (site parked on my server) since Jan 16th, 2002.

Warned.org would be a great domain for just about anything from a joke/jokes type site to a Consumer Alert type site. I had originally planned to write up a Search Engine site and system, but due to my paid membership community, just haven't had the time to properly develop it.

Domain has been appraised at $50.00 by several people (not just on WHT, but on a couple other sites), due to the fact that it's a .org, however, to the right person, it could be worth a heck of a lot more.

The domain is registered through Dotster.com, and the winning bidder will need to either create their own account or have an existing account with Dotster.com. There will be no additional cost outside of the winning bid, as Dotster has a FREE ownership transfer policy, previously was $25.00.

Winning bid will need to be paid via PayPal and paid before I transfer the domain over to you. If paying by eCheck via PayPal, the money will need to clear my account before I transfer it over to you.

The winning bid does not come with any additional features, you are bidding on the domain name itself, only. No web hosting is provided with this domain, though I do have web hosting packages available, should you need a place to host it, or park the domain.

These terms are not negotiable, and are designed to protect me from fraud. You have my ultimate word that I will absolutely follow through with this, as I have an iron clad reputation and a proven track record that I am very proud of.

Winning bids of $50.00 will include a one year extension, at no charge to you. Winning bids of $70.00 or more will include a two year extension, at no charge.

Bidding starts at $20.00, with a $1.00 increment, no reserve. Please PM or email me (webmaster at therealms dot net) or post here for any questions, I'll be more than happy to answer any questions that you have.

Bidding will begin at the time of this post and run through Friday, approximately 72 hours later. Serious bidders only, please.

Thanks! :)

Can you show us some proof of this iron clad reputation?Fair question. ::chuckles::

I have been involved with communities in some facet since 1997, and building them since 2000. I know a few of my customers, friends and members do visit this site, and that if word got out that I gave someone a bum deal (which wouldn't happen, of course), word would get out and I'd have several people, including, say about 400 women, giving me nothing but utter grief.

The women that I speak of are from www.fractured.net, which is one of the communities I run. Note to Mods, this isn't an advertisement for that site.

I will happily provide references, if needed. :)
