Anyone have any hosting experiences with nexpoint?

Their customer service is fantastic. However, their windows servers are having issues right now.. probably due to an overload.. maybe their linux servers are better performance wise.

However, I haven't had a single problem with the support.
So the good makes up for the bad if they can fix it soon
