Is there a billing company that does not have any monthly or set up fees. It can deduct a % of the transaction. Also this company has a feature that allows you to charge the cc for overages.

Thanks in advance

you may want to take a look at Propay.

We are currently using CyberCash, but they DO charge a monthly fee. So you might want to try Instabill ...which then again doesn't have the feature to charge for overages.

I looked at ProPay and I think I will use them, unless someone can get me a better offer, I don't mind anything under 10% transaction fee and overages feature.

Thanks again :)

Instabill offers all of that at a 10% rate with no setup fees and I haven't had any problems with them.

Avoid instabill, they will decline 9 out of 10 customers.

Not for everyone. Since 2 or 3 weeks, InstaBill have been perfect for me!

So far, they declined a few orders

-1 (well, 3 by the same person) fraud
-1 because the credit was full and thus did not have further fund
-1 that i don't know the reason (i tried to contact the customer a few times and did not got a reply, the domain isn't registered neither)
-1 today that i am waiting for the reason

That's just 1 (or 2 depending of today's reason) since april, that are not justified.

At first i hated not to recieve new order alert, but i changed my order form since then...they now send an order alert each time anyways :)

At least, they send out checks quickly. They forgot to mail one of my check last month, well they said they would mail me and they did the same day. They send it june 29th and i got it july 3rd, so about 4-5 days to recieve it in Canada...and June 30th/June1st is a week-end (we don't get mail here these days) and june 2nd was a holiday (Canada Day!).

there's www.revecom.com the've got an office in Montreal and Plattsburgh if i'm not mistaking. They charge a $49 setup fee and after that $1 + 3.95% per transaction.

Of course I am billing my customers. They are billed monthly. And I don't have any problem so far. The declined orders is just a very very very small part over the transactions made monthly on my account. And most or all of them are declined because of fraud.
