... I've decided Kytec isn't for me.
It's been over 24 hours and their sales hasn't responded.

I know it's not to judge on SALES e-mails only, but I need servers soon - and I cannot wait till next year when they reply. What's more is before I contacted them, should have stuck with my decision actually, since I decided not to go with them because so many e-mails were never responded to - as well as not read.

Anyway - Mod can close this if he/she likes.

I'll chime in here. Not because I have any experience with Kytec and their servers. But because you expressed concern about one of my previous threads.

Yes, kytec did in fact drag his feet quite a bit in making a payment to me. And did not reply to my emails. It was indeed frustrating. And then out of the blue, (after I had pretty much given up on collecting), he called me on the phone, apologized, and sent overnight payment.

I will also add that since then he has ordered product a few more times. Each time without incident.

That's all I can offer to address your concerns.

Ok, thanks for that Vito. Now I just await a reply from Edward then. :)

I sent an e-mail to both sales@kytec.com and sales@adtrek.com, but await a reply from both. :)

But anyway, thanks for clearing that up for me. Hopefully then Kytec isn't too bad after all. :D

LOL, you'd have one mighty long thread if all members who didn't hear of them chimed in to say so... :emlaugh:
