I'm looking for recommendations

Currently we are hosting with PWebTech in New Jersey and Weinbar in Phoenix.

We are looking for a host in California. Bay area would be ideal, but willing to consider most anywhere as long as the network is good quality.

I'm not worried about the power crisis, ok :) This will be a third site, we have two other sites in case of major outages.

What I do want:
-- $100 or under install fee (prefer free or $50)
-- Month to month or 3 month maximum contract.
-- 1u server + 50GB/month
-- $2.50 GB or less for GB overruns
-- Good burst speed.
-- $250/month maximum, prefer $200/month or less.

Anyone give me some pointers? Good experience? How quick were they in getting you going?

We are getting that same basic deal from Weinbar + PWebTech for under $200/month, so I figure it shouldn't be that hard to find a California provider for $250?

I am looking mostly for CUSTOMER recommendations... I prefer public posts. Also if you recommend AVOIDING a place, do say!
