On there other hand, between the regular occuring posts I have seen a few gems - like the extremely helpful indivuals who post valuable tidbits of info, advice or other. (including one individual who wrote to a competitor, on behalf of WHT readers to get a machine rebooted after having been down along time)

So, here are my questions:
1. Did I miss any of those regular recurring themes?
2. Which posts have you seen, that you thought was priceless gems?

Well, yeah, the general theme weirdly does seem to be hosting matters. You don't usually get people asking, "Where can I get a Yamaha 2001GP1200R Wave Runner for under $5000?". :)

And there will always be those super people who do things simply to be helpful. It's pretty rare to see a day go by when a pretty good (remarkable) deed doesn't happen here.

As far are common themes go, the ones I cited show up in a number of different forums, not just this one. Hosting nature aside, the threads themselves seem to show up with different names, different circumstances, similar stories.

And, I actually only cited one gem (it was about hosting). It was one that took place today and impressed me the most. However, not all of the most excellent posts were about hosting. I wanted to find out which posts were most valued by others.
