I am not interested in being your partner, but I would offer a few tips to improve your sales pitch:

1) Grammar and spelling go a long way!
2) Why do you want a partner?
3) What is the partner required to provide:

-capital
-hours per week
-expertise
-etc.

These questions should all be answered before you attempt to seek a partner. I do not believe anyone serious about their business skills would consider your offer in its present form.
