erm... you wont if you keep posting threads like this :D

although im sure in the past the actual stages of naming have been discussed, im sure if you do a small search then you will find out how much more hard work and comittment you need to put into WHT to gain a reputable title :)

When ya post a ton more. :)

How to rapidly assend the WHT ladder:
1- post alot.
2-post meaningful
3-post. :)
4-visit 5x a day (life? whats that?)

How not to assend WHT ladder:
1-Combine 400 small posts into a Greerism (so named for the novel length posts Tim is famous for) :)
2-Post a ton o "me-toos" (we hate that)
3- never stop in n say hi. (we all have no lives, so get lonely when you're not around)
4+ ???

had a brain fart n couldn't think past 3....I hate migranes. :(

Sadly, your guidelines are inaccurate. There's nothing to be gained by posting meaningfully if your goal is only to rack up a big post count and get a new title, "post a lot" is all that's required. And there's no reason not to post a "a ton o me-toos" if, again, your goal is a new title.

It's all about quantity, quality doesn't count.

I never post meaningful messages, and I've got a high number.

yeah, a friend at work asked about that and exactly what it means, he got no results on any search engines ((surprise surprise) < no cilla black jokes please) :D

and took him 10 minutes to decipher what it was :-)

Shall I tell the people here?
Just imagine, if every second visitor is guessing 10 minutes thats something like 4417/2*10 = 22085 minutes = 368 hours.
368 hours which could be used to make a better world! :D

If I spent half the time I do on WHT on having fun, I'd be having an aweful lot.

be patient, ignore the count and associated titles, and contribute something meaningful to the conversation. Otherwise, if you make a lot of inane posts, you'll be known as a dunderhead long after your title has changed.

IMO, to raise post counts faster, start a flaming thread :p
