My client is not getting their email. It's been 8 hours now and they aren't getting anything! Of course they are mad.

I've tried everything and it looks like, according to nslookup, to have something to do with the ip to the mx server, odd. Notice that their url is connected to the MX.

Any help would be great.

no - the problem is with the names of the MX hosts, which are set to

server26.appriver.com.moreheadinn.com

and

server27.appriver.com.moreheadinn.com

when probably you meant to set them to just

server26.appriver.com

and

server27.appriver.com

.. I don't know what software you're using to handle DNS, but I'd look and see if you're missing a trailing "." at the end of those MX records, or if you've got one too many.

You might set up temporary A records resolving those bad domain names to the correct IP addresses, if you're feeling especially worried about minimizing bounces or delayed deliveries.
