I was curious as to what the general consensus about cluster hosting was? Do customers care that their site is load balanced across many servers for optimium performance? Or do they just pay attention to the uptime and the speed that result from this.

I am having trouble effectively marketing the importance of cluster hosting and scaleability.

Any insight into your opinions would be great.
