Stop! ......... bustnet or net....?

I am looking for 2 Dedicated servers one Unix and the other Win. Which is the best company/provider for dedicated servers and it would help if you could list the good point as well as the bad. There are no perfect provider all have their ups and down but some are in between.

Well.. I can only speak about my experience.
But I would recommend Venturesonline.com, where I have a dedicated Linux box.
I can only say good things about them. Excellent support, fast answer, great uptime, very friendly people.
Sorry.. I can't tell you something bad about them.. at least not yet :D
