i have been toying with the idea for a while of making an online web design and webdevelopment community..

the basic idea is simple - to have a central hug for web designers and web developers where they can discuss things relating to such things and also offer services and sell off work etc...

it would be kinda like a place where designers and developers can advertise themselves and also a place for developers and coders to discuss projects and show-off their latest creations etc.. and grab beta testers or simply just talk.

i have also thought about having reviews of CMSes and the like aswell as having downloads available. Plus it would be a great place for open-source projects to find a home and get some exposure.

it would function as a portal focused specifically for designers and developers.

i just want to find some interest and if i get a good response i can have it constructed ASAP :)

also - if you have any suggestions for features and the like let me know :)
