Uh, am I missing something? I can't seem to find any pricing for the light version on your website.

At minimum, I'd add it to the order page...might save yourself some hassles.

I agree. List the pricing somewhere. Also, basically the 4th of July "sales" is just 50% off the install fee? It's not much of a sale if the prices are the same from the grand opening special.

Actually Teck, the normal pricing is $900 / $700 respectively for each product. We have kept the current pricing of $600 / $400 for both products

I have also added a special 3 day which gives further discounts toward the products. As for the Install fee, the normal fee is $250 for a full install, this is discounted 50%, so yes, its a rather good deal for companies that have turned away from WHNBilling.

The key to this special is just what I said, get those companies that think "WHNBilling is to expensive" BUT if they still think WHNBilling is too expensive, I'm sorry, it comes down to what the company is willing to pay. There are other options out there for the companies that would like to get everything for penny's, or there's the ones like Rodophi which you pay thousands for the product (around $7,000 just to get started)

Can't seem to get the admin section of your demo to work Superman... Also each time you come out with a update is it easy to upgrade.. We would not lose any thing in the database right or have to ever resetup any thing would we?

I see you have went from 1.5 to 1.54 and 1.70 coming soon then 2.0 just don't want to mess any thing up if it has to upgrade every so offten..

Perhaps I am just missing it. Is there support for billing for domain registration? Or web design? Or any other feature that is not integrated into cpanel?

Hi, I was able to enter without any errors (admin@domain.com / admin)

As for updates, yes its very easy to update to the next major versions, usually the only thing you need to do is untar the new file and it will replace the changed files without altering customer info

It acually does support Domain Registration. As you may/may not know, Registrars uses the Email Templete like Netsol use to, if a user submits a "New Domain" it will send the billing email a copy of this email templete which you can send directly to Registrars.com

You would have to signup with their Partners Program for this to work. Domains are registered within 5 minutes and pricing is as low as $15 a year

We selected Registrars, because its what we used and it seemed the fastest semi-automated way to setup domains fast. Web Hosting Network has since moved to godaddy.com cause they charge the user directly rather then us

What is your upgrade policy? Are they free? When do you anticipate your next version coming out?

Hi

I just added this question to our FAQ Area:

20. Can I upgrade WHNBilling from LITE to PRO? Can I get upgrades to major releases?

All customers that obtain the WHNBilling Lite version can upgrade to the Pro version, the total upgrade fees are the difference in each package.

All customers are given 2 months of free bug fixes and upgrades to minor releases. If you would like to upgrade to a major release, we do offer a special pricing of $300 per year for major upgrades IE: 1.5 to 2.0 to 2.5 etc...

Major Releases are released anytime we have a major feature added to the system such as a new control panel that is compatible with the software.

Minor bugs and releases are considered anything pre-existing in your copy of WHNBilling, there would be no major features added to your version unless you obtain the Upgrade Option

Any chance of getting a refund if we already paid $600 for the product? Especially since some of us have been "beta testing" the original product.
