Hello,
Maybe I am just paranoid or it is the lawyer coming out in me but I find it strange that Alabanza does not have a privacy statement about the use and ownership of customer info on servers leased from them. I am sure they would never use any of our customer info but it would be really nice to have it in writing.
Any thoughts from current Alabanza hosts? I brought this up with them and this is the response... Although there response is what I wanted to hear, it still needs to be addressed in writing via a privacy policy and/or addition to our contract:
We at Alabanza have absolutely no intentions of using your client information for any purpose whatsoever. The clients that you have are YOUR clients, not ours, and so we have no intents of taking ownership of any kind. If you feel this strongly about the subject, you can e-mail comments@alabanza.com to inquire about getting this statement added to our website.
