For Immediate Release

Plusweb Communications, LLC, a Greenville, South Carolina based Internet Solutions Provider, has chosen Broadwing, a tier one backbone provider, to host its operations in Atlanta, Georgia. Broadwing (NYSE: BRW) has over 18,500 miles of fiber internationally, and is backed by 127 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Broadwing was the first provider to fully deploy an all-optical network.

Plusweb Communications plans to relocate all customers currently hosted in Greenville, South Carolina as soon as possible, with all customers in Columbus, Ohio following a short period of time after. Customers located in all other locations will remain unaffected indefinitely.

Plusweb customers should see drastically improved latency, upload and download speeds, and response times for emergency support. All dedicated server and co-location clients will now have the option of 24x7 active monitoring of their servers by Broadwing staff, located onsite. Affected dedicated server and co-location clients will be contacted directly with more information as it becomes available.

Plusweb also has opened a Customer Service Forum, located at http://www.plusweb.com/forums/ for all current and future Plusweb customers. The Customer Support Ticketing System also remains open for customer needs.

Any questions or concerns can be directed to our customer service department at support@plusweb.com.

Hi,
When can we expect to be able to begin ordering servers in the new NOC (new servers, not exsisting clients)?

Regards
AH

Very soon. We hope to have a special offer similar to what we released in February and March for late July, early August. We also are going to increase specs and bandwidth allowances on our current packages, and release some totally new packages.

Also look for the serverhost.com redesign coming soon.... It's a work in progress. :)

Regards,
