I am looking for a program or such that will:

- Use web based templates to design customers websites.
- Has a customer and a reseller admin section.
- offer unique domain system

I am trying to set up several resellers to sell site designs and hosting. They would be selling premade sites that just need to be updated with content. Ideally the updates sound be very easy and web based. Does anyone know of something like this......
