I've had it with the Happy DreamHost employees, and I would love some opinions on a good hosting company to transfer my small site to.
my current plan is about 120/year
for 60mb storage (their crazy domain insane package)
my requirements are going to increase to a package that allows about 120 mb of storage, several subdomains, and more than one site/domain hosted in one account.
i'm looking for :
---a company that has at LEAST live chat available with their tech support. and a reputation for service.
-- that has a usable/navigable web panel and login process.
---that allows subdomains and is scalable without hassle as one grows.
--that is mac-friendly.
--that has a helpful FAQ site for folks who may not be code experts.
i read that site5 is great.
thanks for any comments/suggestions.

in case you're curious why i'll never recommend or use dreamhost again:
i'm not a code expert, but i run a tiny design and ad agency, whose clients are always asking for help with whom to use to host their sites we design.
dreamhost has horrible service and does not answer questions completely, causing you to resubmit questions to get an answer. often times you never hear a response. ever.
they are user-unfriendly: everyone knows us village idiots can get lots of info from a FAQ section. theirs is unorganized, a mess, and factually incorrect in many areas.
