P3 800MHz or faster
512MB SDRAM PC133
100GB monthly transfer

where are the dedicated hosts when you need them?

You'd think all the providers would jump in here looking to make an offer.

There are only a couple dedicated hosts than can offer CPanel (I only know of 2 or 3 that are active on here).

That limits the response a fair bit.

I would bid all over this, but we offer ensim.
And I dont think Cpanel is the best, in 1 month Ensim will have a reseller panel, and it will offer almost the same fuctionality as cpanel.

FYI: Here are our plans

LD-I
PII 933mhz
256mb of RAM
100 GIG of Transfer
9 GIG SCSI
*Unlimited IP's (must be justified under ARIN regulations)
$275.00 per month
No Setup Fee's
Ensim Powered

LD-II
PIII 1 Ghz
512mb of RAM
200 GIG of Transfer
18 GIG SCSI
*Unlimited IP's (must be justified under ARIN regulations)
$400.00 per month
No Setup Fee's
Ensim Powered

I know it doesnt matter, but just a FYI

I am a dedicated client of Intenseinfo, and i have to say i didn't think much of ensim before signing up, but once you learn the ways of ensim its an great tool! well what can i say about intenseinfo,

1. Great service
2. Great support
3. Great and friendly staff
4. NO downtime so far from the carrier.

I've looked at Ensim, and it looks like an excellent product.

I don't think it's interface is as customizable though.

let me rephrase my post and hopefully more companies will respond.

I am looking for a dedicated server with about this

P3 800MHz minimum processor
512MB of ram minimum
atleast 40GB (2x20GB) minimum
100GB minimum transfer

price ranges can varry depending on servers and what comes with the server (uptime/IP's/software for webhosts)

so lets say $200 - $400 and play within that.

my price I would hope would be around 249.95 or so, and that would include some type of hosting manager, and unlimited IP's so I can host clients on dedicated IP's.

Server OS would have to definetly be Red Hat 6.2/7.1 or possibly FreeBSD (RH preffered only because its what I have experience in)

Thanks, and please post this time ;p

Will you offer free upgrades to your current clients?
