how often are we allowed to post in ad forums ?

As is states in the rules (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/misc.php?s=&action=forum-rules) , every 5 days :)

does that mean 5 days in the entire ad section, or can i post one in each section of it on day one and then on day 6 post in all of them again?
