Hi,
We registered our domain through Network Solutions, and have two name servers in that domain also "registered" using Network Solutions in our account.
These name servers are fine for just about all TLDs but when a client recently tried to set our name servers for their .info domain (not registered by Network Solutions) they couldn't, because they were not recognised.
Apparently, according to Afilias, I'd have to reg' the name servers thru Network Solutions for them to be available. Which I already have. Net. Sol. don't think they need to do anything special for .info names to be able to use them.
Does anyone know what do I need to do? Advice appreciated - many thanks.
