Is there a way to allow a subdomain user to have access to Cpanel?

If not, what are the steps that I should take to ensure that the subdomain user does not accidentally gain access into the other subdomains or the main domain? ;)

You can set one up just like you would a regular domain in WHM and that would allow it a control panel.
