I have never set up a webstore. Now I'm trying to figure out the way to do it right.
My client is supposed to sell certain files (no porn) on-line for immediate download after CC processing. He's located in Sweden (so is his bank), but the host will likely be in the US.
He will accept all major CC's and also an option for people with PayPal accounts.

I've been shopping around for PSP's and a suitable cart. So far, it seems as if 2checkout.com and OS Commerce is OK.

Questions:

1) Since I haven't a clue how to arrange this, what kind of services do I need, and in which order would I contact them? I'm talking about host with SSL (if required?), PSP, and what not.

2) It's quite important that the cart can be visually modified to fit the site's general layout. Is OS Commerce OK?

3) How do I connect the cart with the PSP and then the receiving bank?

Anything else I need to know?

Any comments, suggestions, alerts would be more than welcome. I'm in the dark here.
