Chicken suggested that I take this to a new thread, so here goes.... This was in response to the current "Don't use *****" thread. And Chicken, thanks for the "welcome."

I have had recent problems with tech support (it's non-existance) at *****. But I have not had any problems with their up-time. I have been with them for a year now. Tech support was quite good at first. But it has taken a noticable decline in the past few months. However, I think I have a pretty good deal with them:

1 Gig space (currently using 500 megs of it - I transfer a lot of audio files)
Unlimited xfer (not really, but good enough for me as I stream RealAudio and m3u)
RealAudio server
Unix
Plenty of e-mail redirects
$27/mo + $5 for each fake IP (I have 2)

If some one offers a similar deal, I haven't found it. Any comments or suggestions?
