Was reading the rules (amazing what you learn every day) and learned about trolling.

This made me laugh, and I'll tell you why.

I have a friend who wants to start a webmaster network. He is quite good, he is also Norweigan, and trolls have a particular place in norweigan folklore!

He wants to start a webmaster forum and etc. on his site, should he welcome trolls?
