We use Microsoft Exchange for our email & we just change to a new web hosting company. The migration has already been completed and I already gave the new hosting company our Exchange IP address, we can send email but we can not receive any email. All our emails are bouncing back to the sender.

I talk to the tech support of the new hosting company and they too are surprise why it is bouncing back. We even ping our exchange server to make sure I gave them the correct IP address.

We are a small company and we don't have an IT person. I know about computers but a limited knowledge of networking. A feedback is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Has all the email accounts been recreated?
Why don't you send a test email and post what's the bounced message. That will tell you the reason.

Thanks for the reply. The new hosting company told me that there's no need to recreate our email accounts since we are hosting our email. The message is "64.xxx.xx.xxx does not like recipient. Remote host said: 550 not local host progressmgt.com (our domain), not a gateway. Giving up on 64.xxx.xx.xxx."

Have any idea what it meant?

Thanks again.
