Our designer is too busy and we need a simple site design ASAP.

We are looking for a single template for a 10-15 page site. Fairly traditional in layout yet clean, modern, and attractive. Here is an example of they type of thing we're looking for. A couple of these have flash which we don't need, I'm just pointing out the design.

I didn't spend a lot of time looking for these, hopefully this just gives you an idea of the style we want. It will basically be a header, navigation area, and a white block for our content. We're not looking for elaborate graphics, just clean, modern, and professional.
