If you have a site that is very popular (non-adult oriented sites and contains no illegal/warez materials), then I will make you a good offer. Although I do not myself represent any hosting company (or not yet), I currently own several servers myself (more servers than some hosting companies :D), and here is what I will offer you:
I will host you on one of my servers (at least P3/733 with 256MB) and I will only host several accounts on each server. So I won't overload my server with 200 accounts or so and in fact, I will plan to put at most 10-15 accounts on each server. My aim is to minimize the load average, as long as I can keep the load average under 4-6, I will host you and host more accounts (yet never to exceed 10-15 accounts) on any of my server.
Here is what you will get for $60/mo *:
1. up to 1GB of space (total for your httpd log, mysql db, web pages, etc)
2. 30GB of data transfer (measured using average method).
3. $2.25/GB (with 10GB of prepatment) of overage charge and as low as $1.75/GB of overage charge (with 50GB prepayment)

5. $0 - $40 setup (if you just need a simple setup, then there would be no charge. But at any rate, I would not charge you more than $40--in case you need special softwares to be installed--to setup your account)

7. Oh yea ... a free .com, .net, .org domain will be registered for you (if you need any) if you stay for at least one month :)

Currently, I will put you on this server: P3733/256MB/16GB with RH 6.2, Php 4.0.5, mysql 3.23.32, mod_gzip. The server has only two main accounts on it, pumping around 25GB of bandwith per month and has load average of less than or around 0.5 (average of 15 minutes averages taken every minute in the past 2 days). The server has 55 days of uptime period with at least 99.5% network uptime (currently at weinbar) and 100% of hardware uptime.
In the future, if I feel the server is a bit overloaded, I will move you to a better server or even offering you a special deal on my servers as your dedicated server. Currently, I will offer this only for 4 new accounts on this server.
