I've searched all through my cPanel. I don't know where I can add a user.

Help would be useful.

What do you mean by user? FTP account? Domain? ETC...

Do you have the addon domains feature enabled on your account?

You might want to ask your host if you can have access to WHM or upgrade to a reseller account. That would be much easier :)

What is WHM?

WHM is Web Host Manager... its the software that allows you to add accounts, create packages, modify stuff, etc.. cPanel is what allows you to manage individual domains/accounts.

You are usually given a WHM access if you purchaed a reseller account from your hosting provider.
Hint: if you are using port 2086, you have WHM... if you are using only 2082, you have only cpanel access for a single domain.

In WHM, you would use "Create a New Account" under the Account Functions menue to add a new domain for hosting.

WHM Documentation: http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/index.html
cPanel Documentation:

Hope this helps!:)

If you do not have a WHM, I doubt you can host any additional domains unless your provider gives you addon domains in CPanel. Likewise, you could add a subdomain, followed by a FTP with the same username as subdomain.

I see / hear alot of people interchange the word cpanel and whm, often meaning to be speaking about whm but calling in cpanel. Curious exactly as to which you were refering to and what exactly are you trying to accomplish?
