We are in the process of setting up a fully functional support center. Our facilities are fully air conditioned, have multiple broadband connections and have workstations with every type of operating system installed. Here is what we offering hosting companies:

1) 24x7 Support to YOUR customers through Chat, your ticket system or email. Call Back support also provided at an additional cost

2) 24x7 Administration, maintenance and monitoring of YOUR servers. We will pro-actively solve problems before they arise and deal with system or software problems if they arise. In case of hardware failure, we will call up your datacenter for YOU, and have the faulty equipment replaced.

3) Remote backups of your servers to our storage servers every 24 hours.

If you are interested, please directly email me using the forum email feature.

Thank You

Good idea, what is the price range on something like this?

I'm not sure why it matters to us your facilities are air conditioned though ;)

Many companies that specialize in outsourcing don't provide proper working conditions for their employees. Our entire office and workspace is airconditioned 24x7. Our employees will only be working in 8 hour shifts and will have one day off every week.

And we can do remote server backups whenever you need them. We will be doing them at 24 hour intervals with our basic contract, but if you want them weekly or monthly, that isn't a problem. We are also in the process of developing software that would allow us to backup only changed files.

Prices vary with the amount of servers and customers you have. Our contracts will be starting from $500/month

That's I'll be watching for -- very cost effective as far as bandwidth goes.

Definately is. Being written in C. Very efficient and low on resources. Basically creates a log file of all the updated or new files on the server. Our mother program would then connect to your server, read this file and update its copy of your files on our side.

It is a great idea... someone has already thought of it though, and its called 'rsync'. Don't waste your time developing a program yourselves to do this. :)
