If I am currntly using 6109 Bytes per Sec on average on a daily basis, can someone thats better at math than myself tell me how much bandwidth a month that would be? Also, what type of connection would you think is a minimum to support this, if it is the only site?

If i'm reading that right, it's ~6k/ sec, which you should be able to easily host on a cable modem or dsl. That figure is the monthly bandwidth. If you mean to ask how much transfer you are pulling per month, I'll assume you are using 6k/sec. EVERY sec and that equates to: ~518mb per mo....i think :D

Hmm, ISP script is reporting that we are using around 10-12 gigs per month....I think it must be fairly close to that, as we started out with a host giving us 1gb, then 2gb, then 5gb, then 10gb, and have been asked to leave/change plans on all of them due to bandwidth...

We have plenty left at the moment (50gb a month on a dedicated server), but I'm wondering if we can bring it back 'in house', but I dont know if our connection can support it or not.

500MB /day, not per month. 6109 * 86400 = 527817600.

So that's about 15GB/month.

So, would a cable modem or DSL handle that amount of traffic easily?

Cable or DSL should be able to, just make sure it's not against the ISP's terms of service.
