Hi I just have two quick very important questions. I added an user to one of our domains, and in the field for 'Full Name' I used a name that had an ' character in it... [ie; O'Neil] ... After I pressed Add it went back to the list, but didn't show the user on it. So I tried to add it again and it said it was already there, yet I couldn't see it. Has anybody had this problem?

On top of that now when I go to edit any of our other domains I get a 'The requested URL was not found on this server." error. [When I click the wrench beside the name]. Also NO email is working on our server anymore. None of our clients from any of the domain can receive email.

Urgent help is requested because we can't edit any of our other domains nor receive any email at all. Thanks in advanced.

Ever find anything at the archives?

Try this. FTP in to the site you added this user to. Chances are the user folder is still there. Delete it. Once it is deleted, and it is also not in the GUI, you should be able to re-add the user.

Mail does not work because the user was not created. When you go to add the user again, it says it already exist because it created the users folder.
