I am a new reseller. I am having a problem with the 5 accounts that I own that are additional to the original account I set up with my provider. The story is long but I'll make it short. For the past two weeks I've been having trouble accessing the CPanels of the 6 accounts I own. When I put in a helpdesk ticket this time, My provider had fixed access to my main account...ozonehost.com but now I don't have access to any of the other ftp accounts. I can access ozonehost.com WHM, CPanel & ftp but the other 5 accounts I can only access CPanel NO ftp...My usernames and passwords that I created work fine for CPanel access but ws_ftp pro states: "Login Incorrect" and won't let me upload to those accounts...I'm lost

Try login into the main account (ozonehost.com) or IP address with your login name and password. Then try the main account with the other accounts login name and password.

If that continue to fail, have your provider restart the FTP server.

I have access to ozonehost.com with WHM, CPanel & ftp...Only the other accounts are having trouble with ftp only!

What you might also want to ask your host is to sync your FTP passwords. Another thing, check if the username and pass are correct and if needed try username@domain.com

My host just responded to my problem with this and requested that I delete and re-create them from scratch.

Also, there is more to this problem than you know...originally All 8 web sites were under home/olaudio/ at my previous host and when they were transferred to my new host it became home/ozone333 and now it is home/ozhost.

the passwords and usernames never changed but the permissions did based on my request to change the master username to ozone333 when I moved from my previous host. That did'nt work so we changed it again to ozhost and now I have access to everything ozonehost,no access to the other ftps, & all access to CPanel & WHM.

I'm thinking that maybe the ftp server is looking for some kind of added statement that says ozone333 instead of ozhost (since ozone333 was my original username before ozhost.

what do you think?

if you use the old user name from your old host then ofcourse it will not work. :)
