want to buy a 1U-Server and need now a Place to colocate it, need following:

[++ = need it / + = good to have]

+ 24 Hours Support (I'm no Linux Expert) via E-Mail or ICQ. When Support can speak German then I'm Happy but English is no Problem for Me.
+ good Connection to Europe
++ Configuritation of Server (the Server has no Software installed)
++ WebHostManager/CPanel from DarkOrb, must be upgradable to NocSoft
++ Possibility that Technican install for My Hard- and Software

Please provide My with Price for Rack, Server-Setup, Transfer (how much do I need to buy).

I think there's only one or two providers that provide CPanel/WHM & will upgrade you to Nocsoft. So you're going to be very limited in options.
