Hi. Commission Junction (CJ) is holding my payment. When I check the payment status, it states that my account information is incomplete, but I do not see what's missing. I have wanted to be paid by check.
I have e-mailed the folks at least three times, using their e-mail system and contact form. If I recall, when I submit the form, it tells me I would receive a copy of my questionnaire and also can expect a response within 24 hours. However, it has been at least two weeks... still no response and no copy of my message.
Can anyone tell me how I can get CJ to pay me, or at least contact me?
