Is it true, to sell domains on dnforum, you have to be at least a $14.95 a year member?
I read their pre-register facts but the wording makes it kind of unclear what's needed to sell domains.
Thanks!

Yes. Gold membership costs $15.
Although cold membership does not include auction listing privileges. You must pay $50 for the platnium opition if you want that option.
A free and just as viable alternative is www.domainstate.com

In order to sell your domains at DNForum.com (by either posting in the advertising/Platinum section or listing in the auction), you'll need a Platinum membership. Gold membership on the other hand allows you to attend and bid in auctions as well as browsing and replying (but not creating new threads) in the exclusive advertising/Platinum section.

if you sell domains frequently fewcoin id reccomend it - youd probably recoup the cost of your plat membership within a month :D

I also like DomainState's forum. I think it is terrible to have to pay to use a forum. A forum should be public for anyone.
thats just my opinion.

Everyone has a different opinion, though those that are know to rip-off or scam random people are not going to generally pay the fees associated with becoming a member with selling abilities (after all, it is actually work :)), hence reducing the number of stolen domains or stolen money that occurs.
If I sold domain names of value, I would surely go for it.

fonz, you mean a day! We're talking about $50 bucks, not $500.

Hmm...I tried to sell WebHostingWebDesign.com there and got no replies. Personally, I think it's a great name...maybe I didn't go about it right. Any suggestions on the best way to sell names at DNForum.com? Should I just ask over there somewhere? (I'm a newbie over there, I check this forum a lot more)

people keep saying they make this and that in dnforum.
I have several domain related programs and I make most of my money outside of dnforum. yeah. dnforum probably does help my sales but..... it's not an end all be all.
anyways.. both dnforum and domainstate sites are good for people into domains.
