I've just setup my Delaware-based LLC, and I need some things before I apply for a merchant account at modernauthorize.com.

This is what I need:
1. A US Business Checking Account (with a credit card bound to it)
2. A US Tax ID
3. A US Billing Address

Any hints on where I can apply for the above?

1: Any bank
2: You can get the forms from www.irs.gov, fill them out, and find a number (i forget what it is off the top of my head), call them and read them your application. They'll give you your Tax ID within a few minutes

Forgot to say that I live in Europe. So I'll need some kind of mail forwarding service.

Any recommendations? As i live in Europe the bank will have to open my account without actually seeing me. I don't know if this may be a problem for some banks.

The number is an EIN number that you need.
