i think everyone on this site understands by now that "Unlimited Bandwidth" is just a marketing scheme and that nothing is truly unlimited. Could you save us all some trouble and headache by stating how much bandwidth you really offer, what your limit is, and how much you charge per gig when a user goes over that limit. Otherwise, you're hiding something and that turns customers (such as myself) off, because we've been lied to so many times by hosts that promise "unlimited."

WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU for traffic. If you take a lot, we will discuss the matter with you and find a solution.

Example, a customer (adult site) had some huge traffic. We discussed it and he was quite surprised on what he used. It seemed that people were leeching from his site, so we blocked that.... Just an example... We did not bill him an extra penny

That's what happens...
We NEVER charged anyone before, thank god.

i also think it important to add this as a disclaimer:

* Hits/Traffic Allowance - If your site is within the top 2% of bandwidth usage for our clients or your site dramatically degrades the performance of other sites on the server we reserve the right to add a surcharge of $5.00 per gigabyte. Prior to any additional bandwidth charges you will be notified and given 15 days to take a course of action. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this issue please contact our sales staff.

Dear "Everybody"

in reply to xstrike's post I'd just like to say the following.

xstrike IS correct if he states that this is on our page,
I will not deny that...
HOWEVER, we have NEVER billed anyone for bandwidth.
This is only to prevent plain abuse...
If you use 2% of bandwidth, that is A LOT, we're talking 500GB at least here...
Do the math... 500 * $3 = OUR COST = $1500 for a $19.99 account?
THAT is the only reason why we put that there.

Again, we do not bill you for it. We have lots of adult sites, and they take a lot of bandwidth.
One of the possible solutions is anti-leeching / anti-hotlinking preventions.
Actually... I just heard from Chris (tech) that Justice, who doubted our Unlimited Bandwidth policy at first, has just signed up.... I hope we are looking at a long term business relationship here. Welcome Justice, and Welcome everybody! :-)
