To those of you who went to vegas could you please tell me where you got your plane ticket and how much it was round trip? I'm looking 2 buy two adults for a weekend coming up and I'm trying to see how much it'll cost me.

Well, you can't go by my fare, as I'm in Canada and it was booked with very little advance notice. I paid $700 Canadian (around $500 US). But if you're in the US and you book with enough notice, it will/should be dirt cheap. It might help if you tell us where you're located...

I live in S. Calif. and with advance notice it only costs $19 each way.

A quick quote calculation on expedia.com gave a price of $250 per person. This is with min 30 days notice, going from Detroit to Las Vegas. Somehow though that still seems high. You could probably find cheaper...

Ya it does seem a bit high to me as well, and being that these are a gift I'd like to find cheaper for sure :) I'll keep looking..

That was on Southwest Airlines. They have about the lowest fares to any where they fly.

Go to www.iflyswa.com. They even have special internet fares that are really low. Can only be purchased on-line.

Just an update. Ijust went to their site and see that Ontario, Calif to Las Vegas is now $29 each way. Still about as cheap as driving.

We paid £535 or thereabouts which is about $840 dollars for our flights. But we did travel a few thousands miles across the ocean. :)

Missed the WHT get-together, but was in vegas a couple months ago. Try www.hotwire.com, www.priceline.com and www.expedia.com for cheaper fare prices.
