The one in Thrown is a thread where they spammed the board, nothing thrilling, but there are other threads with comments.

They are actually reconfiguring their servers and obviously they have some problems because they announced me yesterday that they closed me an account without asking to be closed.

I am using their services since May and I begin to be very angry, especially because of the communication probles I have with them.

Other wise, the support is acceptable.

The only thing I hope is that the problems they have now will not persist.

That's enough negative input for me!!
Guess I'll steer clear of this host........

Thanks

I actually have 3 accounts with them. They have closed one without asking them to do so and what really drives me crazy is the fact that they haven't told us nothing about the change and HOW LONG it will take to setup properly their stuff. I hope that it is obvious that the other 2 are not working yet...

Just an observation:

They took the standard gold colored Guarantee gif that everybody uses and changed the number of days from 30 to 14 (in a not so pretty way).

Hmmmmm..........;)

Yeah! What can I say. I am looking forward to see how they will manage their problems and in the same time I am looking for a consumer protection organization in UK (just in case).

For the moment I am still waiting...

I do not know what they are doing appart their web hosting, and frankly, I don't care.

What I care is only to receive the things I have paid for, and as long I receive them I am
"a happy customer" from Customerland.
